Nutriiveda

Its been soooo long. Well theres nothing interestingly different to blog. Im starting again as a journal for me to track my daughter's  progress as they are having Nutriiveda.

First time we tried it was on the 9th of april. i bought a canister of chocolate and vanilla each.
1st week my daughters drank 2 scoops once a day.
Noticed an improvement to their bowel movcement. Soft stools thus no constipation.
Nazurah was in good mood! Always smiling an no frustration or tantrum.

2nd week the girls drank 2 scoops TWICE a DAY. That is the minimum dosage for their age.
Nabilah - good energy. alert.
Nazurah - still in a good mood, concentrate better and on task. mischevious/intelligent/ knowing look? though she is still not verbal but that twinkle in the eyes seems to be saying something.

And then the stock run dry after 2 weeks. Only 30 scoops in a canister and some got spilled coz Nazurah dont take it too well in the beginning. I drank a few cups too to taste what im putting them thru. Overall we prefer the vanilla better coz of its not so overpowering taste. i alwasys give them 2 scoops in one serving coz i want them to finish it fast heheheh.

Anyway as we runs out, i cut back on the dosage. Nabilah prefers one scoop of chocolate better than 2 scoops. Its not so thick and tasted better with Milo, green tea or chrysanthemum tea drinks. we even tried with juice but its too acidic and blueberry tea gives the drink a weird smell! heheheheh

The shipping took longer than I thought about 2 weeks so my girls was not drinking it for about 2 weeks too.
I dont notice any regression in Nabilah but nazurah started to have temper tntrums and frustrations at the end of the 2nd week without nutriiveda.

And then the second shipment came. This time i bought 6 canisters. i gave them the very evening it came.

So today is just the second evening that the girls started drinking nutriiveda again. Nazurah doesnt want her nutriiveda but i have to be stern with her. Luckily she finished it up. she got angry after drinking the nutriiveda and threw all her toys all over the playroom.
