Last night i went to Nazurah's room to call her for bedtime and saw her stacking the alphabet cards in alphabetical order! Finally i know she knows her alphabets!
The cards were all over the table. She started with A at the bottom and upwards. Took K card, traces it and places the K on top of J card and so on until Z. She did it quite fast. As usual im dumbstruck again. I wished i had taken a video of it. Will try it tonight.
I smsed her teacher wondering if she had already done that in school. Teacher said before the term ends for 1 month holiday, Nazurah was only able to sequence alphabets halfway. Now she can do full by herself! Must be the help of the apps in her Ipod Touch and also Nutriiveda is working on her cognitive? Whatever! This is great. Now im hoping for the next step that she can generalise the letters into words and objects.
