I had a busy year end that i couldnt find time to update. Here's gist of whatever I could remember.

I didnt give my gals a month plus of nutriiveda as theres a lot of changes in our routine.

In the beginning, Nazurah red bumbs on her forearms and legs dissappeared when she started nutriiveda but then after 5 months it came back n got worst. Its not itchy but it made her arm look rough with pimply like bumbs. After a month without nutriiveda, her cognitive is still good and the red bumbs is subsiding. Her moods with rare tantrums is maneageable because her listening skills to instructions is still good too. She understands when I told her the reason why she cant have or cant do something. So that means she still retain her surges.

 

The negative part without nutriiveda is that she have constipation and her sleep got disrupted. It took her a long time to fall asleep. Nazurah eats alot so maybe with Nutriiveda it gives her a fuller tummy? I dont know.

 

I started Nazurah with Nutriiveda again yesterday. Hopefully i see more surges. Ill monitor if the red bumbs get worst again.
